CKDCANDEMORE Plus Tab 16 / 12.5 mg
Ingredient:
Each tablet contains 16.0 mg of candesartan cilexetil and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.
Excipients: lactose hydrous, sodium lauryl sulphate, maize starch, hydroxypropylcellulose, copovidon, triethyl citrate, magnesium stearate, yellow ferric oxide, red ferric oxide.
Dosage and use: Patients taking 16 mg of candesartan and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg alone switch to 1 tablet combined / day. Patients should continue taking blood pressure dropped 32 mg candesartan and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg switched combined 2 tablets / day in 2 divided doses.
Should use the lowest dose can be as effective against hypertension did not increase with increasing dose, but increased risk of adverse effects.
Contraindications:
Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of the medication.
Because the drug contains hydrochlorothiazide should be contraindicated with anuria or hypersensitivity to sulfonamide-derived drugs.
Caution: Be careful when using in patients with severe renal: hydrochlorothiazide can promote blood nitrogen evidence. The cumulative effect of the drug may develop in patients with impaired renal function. Need special monitoring and / or dose reduction in patients with dehydration, diuretic therapy and patients with other factors can lead to hypotension.
