Ingredient

Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic drug, often bacteriostatic effect, but can kill bacteria in high concentrations or for sensitive bacteria. Chloramphenicol inhibits protein synthesis in sensitive bacteria by binding to the 50S ribosomal corpuscles.

Beclomethason dipropionate is a potent glucocorticoid effects halogencorticoid and weak mineralocorticoid effects. When drinking, beclomethason have strong anti-inflammatory effect than hydrocortisone 6-7 times, when the topical anti-inflammatory effect was much stronger.

Clotrimazol is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent used to treat the skin disease cases caused by infection with pathogenic fungi different and also has an effect on Trichomonas, Staphylococcus and Bacteroides. Mechanism of action of clotrimazol is associated with phospholipids in the membrane fungi, alters the permeability of the membrane, causing the loss of essential intracellular destruction leads to fungal cell.

Lidocaine is a local anesthetic, amide groups, with the average duration of action. Local anesthetics block the generation and conduction of nerve impulses by reducing the permeability of nerve cell membranes with sodium ions, thereby stabilizing and inhibiting membrane depolarization, leading to reduce the spread operating voltages and subsequent blocks nerve impulse conduction.

Pharmacokinetics:

No pharmacokinetic study was conducted specifically for this type of collaboration chloramphenicol ear drops, beclomethason, clotrimazol and lidocaine. The drug works on site and generally less likely to enter the body to cause systemic effects.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

4-5 small drops in ear disease, 3-4 times per day.

INSTRUCTION:

Remove the metal cap of the vial. Place the lid on the bottle and dripping twist in a clockwise direction. A few drops into the infected ear as directed by your doctor.

CONTRAINDICATED:

Contraindicated for patients with hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine, pregnant women and nursing mothers.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS WHEN USED:

Stop use if symptoms lasted spot stimulation.

Use of drugs for pregnant women and nursing mothers:

Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers, unless really necessary.

IMPACT OF DRUGS WHILE DRIVING AND OPERATING MACHINERY:

Can be used while driving or operating machinery.

ADVERSE EFFECTS:

There may be local irritation, itching or burning.

Inform your doctor of any adverse effects during the treatment.

INTERACTIONS:

No reports of drug interactions with clotrimazol, lidocaine, chloramphenicol and beclomethason dipropionate topical.

OVERDOSE:

Hardly likely use Versibac Ear Drop overdose. Not taking the time specified.

Preserve cool dry place, below 250C. Avoid light. For out of the reach of children.
